Joint Announcement by Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC, Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC and Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC (each a VCT and together the Maven VCTs)

Offer for Subscription

On 2 October 2025, the Maven VCTs announced the publication of a joint Prospectus (comprising a Securities Note, Registration Document and Summary) in relation to an offer for subscription of new Ordinary Shares of 10p each (the "Offer").

The Boards of the Maven VCTs are pleased to advise that, in view of continued interest from potential investors, the Directors of each VCT have resolved to make use of their respective over-allotment facilities of up to £5 million per VCT, as provided for under the terms and conditions of the Offer, to the extent required to meet any additional demand.

The deadline for receipt of applications for the Offer is 9.00am on 2 April 2026 in relation to the tax year 2025/26 and 5.00pm on 24 April 2026 in relation to the tax year 2026/27. The Offer will close on 1 May 2026 unless it is fully subscribed by an earlier date or extended by the Board to no later than 30 September 2026. The deadline for the receipt of applications that will qualify for the Early Investment Incentive is 5.00pm on 6 February 2026.
