Net Asset Value and Dividend Declaration

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC (the Company) confirm that the unaudited net asset value of the Company as at 31 July 2015 was 62.6p per Ordinary Share, compared to 60.8p as at 31 January 2015 and prior to the payment of the final dividend of 2.15p per share in respect of the year then ended.

The Directors declare that an interim dividend of 2.0p per Ordinary Share, in respect of the six months ended 31 July 2015 (2014: 1.85p), will be paid on 30 October 2015 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 2 October 2015. Following a number of profitable recent realisations, the Directors are also pleased to declare a special dividend of 10.0p per Ordinary Share for payment alongside the interim dividend.

In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1, and further to the information disclosed above, the Directors confirm that they are satisfied that all inside information (as defined by Section 118C of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) that the Directors and the Company may have in their possession relating to the Company during the period leading up to the announcement of its interim results for the six months ended 31 July 2015 has been notified to a regulatory information service.
