Resignation of director
MHP SE ("MHP", LSE ticker: "MHPC"), one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, focusing on the production of poultry and the cultivation of grain, announces today that Mr Philippe Lamarche, after a year as a non-executive director, has resigned from the Board of Directors of MHP SE due to pressing business arrangements in the UK, rendering him unable to meet the MHP SE board time commitments, effective immediately.
