Board Changes
MHP SE (LSE: MHPC), one of the leading international agro-industrial groups, today announces changes to its Board of Directors - Mr Roger Wills has resigned from the MHP Board as an Independent NED and as Chairman of the Nominations & Remuneration Committee. Dr John Rich, has been appointed as Interim Chairman of the Nominations & Remuneration Committee.
Dr John Rich, Executive Chairman, commented:
