In conformity withΒ the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that,Β asΒ atΒ 29Β AugustΒ 2008, the issued share capital ofΒ the CompanyΒ consists ofΒ 42,999,855Β ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. The CompanyΒ currently holds no Treasury shares.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights inΒ the Company's ordinary sharesΒ isΒ 42,999,855.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Β the CompanyΒ under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
