Morgan Sindall PLC17 August 2007 Morgan Sindall plc 17 August 2007 Morgan Sindall appoints Geraldine Gallacher as Non-Executive Director Morgan Sindall plc, the construction and regeneration group, today announces theappointment of Geraldine Gallacher as Non-Executive Director, effective from 16August 2007. Geraldine previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Morgan Sindall plcfrom May 1995 to September 2004. She left the Board in accordance with CorporateGovernance rules regarding the length individuals can serve as IndependentNon-Executive Directors. Morgan Sindall is delighted to welcome her back to theBoard as Geraldine brings tremendous strength in people skills to the newlyenlarged group. Geraldine is the Managing Director of The Executive Coaching Consultancy. Shefounded the company, which specialises in one-to-one executive coaching forsenior management executives, in 1994. Prior to this, Geraldine was Head ofGroup Management Development for The Burton Group plc (now Arcadia plc), whereshe was responsible for the development of the top 300 senior executives withinthe company, and began her career within Marketing at Ford Motor Company.
