Morgan Sindall PLC04 October 2007 Morgan Sindall plc 4 October 2007 MORGAN ASHURST TO BUILD £25 MILLION COLLEGE IN BRACKNELL Morgan Sindall plc, the construction and regeneration group, announces todaythat Morgan Ashurst, its construction division, has been awarded a £25 millionscheme to redevelop Bracknell and Wokingham College in Bracknell, Berkshire. The design and build contract will see Morgan Ashurst constructing aneight-storey reinforced concrete frame building. It will feature teaching andseminar rooms, a multi-purpose sports hall, staffrooms and a learning resourcecentre. A three-storey steel-frame building will also be constructed to houseclassrooms and a car workshop. The existing Bracknell and Wokingham College will be demolished and landscapingundertaken when the new building is complete. Work is due to finish in December2009.
