Directorship changes

Morgan Sindall Group plc (the 'Company') today announces that Steve Crummett, Finance Director, has informed the Board of his intention to retire from the Company on 31 December 2024.

The Board also announces that following a search process, Kelly Gangotra, currently Chief Financial Officer, Healthcare Sector at Halma plc and previously Chief Financial Officer of Skanska UK, has been selected to succeed Steve as Finance Director.

Kelly will be appointed as Finance Director and become a member of the Board on a date to be agreed, expected to be around the third quarter of 2024, when Steve will step down from both roles. This will then allow for a period of transition until Steve retires from the Company at the end of the year.

Steve has seen the business through a period of significant growth and has helped shape our strategic direction and ensured that the financial stewardship of the business over the last 10 years has supported the Group's long term growth.

She has an excellent track record as a CFO working in a decentralised business, is highly experienced in the construction and property industry and her valuable and significant skills and insight will support me and the Board as the Group continues to develop and grow."

Kelly Gangotra

Kelly has extensive financial and commercial leadership experience across the construction and property sectors and has served as the CFO of the Healthcare division of Halma plc since August 2022. Prior to Halma, Kelly spent a decade with Skanska Plc in the UK where she was firstly Finance Director from 2012 to 2015 and then CFO and Executive Vice President between 2015 and 2022. She has also held senior finance roles at Alliance Medical and Biffa Waste Services.

There are no other details requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to Kelly Gangotra.
