Additional Listing

Application has been made for the admission of 701,590 new ordinary shares of 5p each in Morgan Sindall plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. 

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to Morgan Sindall plc's 1995 share option scheme (700,000 shares) and 1988 share option scheme (1,590 shares)

These shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
