Notification of interests of a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR')

This notification is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

The Company announces that on 31 July 2014 a conditional award of free shares over 40,102 ordinary 25p shares in the Company was made to Alain Kirchmeyer, a PDMR, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan 2004.

The award is subject to the satisfaction of performance targets measured over a three-year performance period.
