Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed on 1st October 2010 that the:

·; 3,481,333 Ordinary Shares held in the Company by STM Fidecs Limited on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited have been transferred and are now held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited.

·; 7,038,193 Ordinary Shares held in the Company by STM Fidecs Limited on trust for Rock Holdings Limited have been transferred and are now held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited on trust for Rock Holdings Limited.

On 4th October 2010 the Company was informed that Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 12.25p per share.

Mr Arron Banks, Director of the Company is beneficially interested in 45.8% of the issued share capital of Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited and 51% of the issued share capital of Rock Holdings Limited.

As a result of the above the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited is 6,750,799 representing 7.66% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In addition the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited on trust for Rock Holdings Limited is 7,038,193 representing 7.98% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Rene Nominees also holds 1,083,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company on trust for Mr Banks (1,050,000 held on behalf of his SIPP and 33,333 directly) representing 1.23% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Banks has a beneficial interest is 14,872,325 representing 16.86% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
