Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights
In accordance with its 31 March 2011 financial year end disclosure requirements, the Company announces that it acquired 2,157 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company for holding in treasury.
As at 11 April 2011, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 51,347,872 Ordinary Shares, of which 2,157 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, leaving a balance of 51,345,715 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
The figure of 51,345,715 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
