AGM Update: Portfolio Company Presentations

Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused specialist asset manager with c.£1.4billion of assets under management, is pleased to announce that it is providing shareholders with the opportunity to meet with three of its direct investment portfolio companies prior to its forthcoming AGM on 21 September 2023: nDreams Limited, Nova Pangaea (Holdings) Limited and Warwick Acoustics Limited.

Shareholders will be able to experience and learn more about the flagship technologies being successfully commercialised by each of these Mercia portfolio companies.

Shareholders are welcome to meet these companies from 9:00am, ahead of the AGM which will commence at 10:00am.

The AGM is being held at the offices of Reed Smith LLP at The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2RS.
