Mears Group PLC26 March 2008 26 March 2008 Mears Group PLC ("Mears" or the "Company") Grant of Options On 20 March 2008, Andrew Smith (Finance Director) and David Miles (Director ofSocial Housing) were granted 200,000 and 300,000 options respectively overordinary shares of 1 penny each respectively under the Mears Unapproved ShareOption Plan. These options were granted at nil consideration, with an exerciseprice of 266 pence per share and are exercisable between 2011 and 2018.
