Board Appointments

Further to the preliminary results announcement in which it was stated that Mr Rory Macnamara and Ms Davida Marston will be appointed to the board as non-excecutive directors immediately following the AGM in June 2010, the Company is making the following disclosures:

Mr Rory Macnamara is currently or has been in the last five years a director of the following publicly quoted companies:

In addition, Mr Macnamara is non-executive chairman of Izodia plc, which entered into a company voluntary arrangement in May 2004. All creditors have now been paid in full and the company voluntary arrangement has been terminated.

There is no other information required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to Mr Macnamara or Ms Marston.
