Director appointment

Mears, the provider of support services to the Social Housing and Care sectors in the UK, announces the appointment of Elizabeth Corrado as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 20 September 2017. Liz was until recently an Executive Director of the Power to Change charitable trust with a focus on creating innovative projects in housing and energy, enabling investment into UK communities at scale and generating both financial and social returns for investors and local communities. Liz previously held senior positions in investment banking providing advice and structured finance to both Government and a range of business sectors.
