Application for Block Listing

25 June 2010

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority, the London Stock Exchange and the PLUS-Listed Market for a block listing totalling 339,873 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These shares will be allotted and issued in due course upon the exercise of options pursuant to the Company's obligations as follows:

Up to 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in respect of the Mears Approved Company Share Option Plan

Up to 239,873 ordinary shares of 1p each in respect of the Mears Unapproved Share Option Plan

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Trading in the ordinary shares under the block listing is expected to commence on 1 July 2010.
