Investor Site Visit - Mears Brighton

Mears is hosting a site visit for investors today at Mears Brighton, the Group's operational centre for its partnership with Brighton & Hove City Council ("Brighton & Hove") where Mears provides housing stock upgrades, responsive repairs and comprehensive maintenance services across 12,500 homes. The ten year partnership with Brighton & Hove commenced in early 2010 and is valued at £200 million for the ten-year duration of the agreement.

Mears will be presenting on both its Social Housing and Domiciliary Care divisions and no new material information will be provided.
