Mitsubishi Electric Announces Dividend Policyfor the First Half of Fiscal 2012

 

 

Tokyo, September 20, 2011 - Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO: 6503) announced today its dividend forecast for the first half (ending September 30, 2011) of the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012).

 

The company plans to pay an interim dividend of 6 yen per share (record date: September 30, 2011), with the year-end dividend undecided. The actual dividend will be decided at the Board of Directors' meeting when financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2012 are to be approved.
