ME Group, the instant‑service equipment group, was notified on 9 May 2024 that Jean-Marc Janailhac, Non-executive Director, sold his beneficial interest in 27,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.572 per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Mr Janailhac retains a benefical interest in 198,555 of the Company's Ordinary Shares.
