Total Voting Rights

Parsley Box, the direct-to-consumer provider of ready meals focused on the Baby Boomer+ demographic, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 42,269,893 and the Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 42,269,893.

The above figure of 42,269,893 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Parsley Box, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
