("Parsley Box" or the "Company")
Parsley Box, the direct to consumer provider of ready meals focused on the Baby Boomer+ demographic, announces that Chris van der Kuyl, Non-Executive Chairman, along with his wife, Heather van der Kuyl have together purchased an aggregate of 26,165 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), further details of which are set out in the notification below.
Following the above transactions, Chris van der Kuyl, together with his connected persons, will have a direct holding over 2,346,182 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.60% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, Chris van der Kuyl is a director of and shareholder (alongside his connected persons) and exercises significant control over 4J Studios Limited which holds 1,602,033 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.82% of the Company's issued share capital.
