Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Parsley Box received notification today that its CEO, Kevin Dorren, had completed the formal transfer of 300 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Shares") he had agreed to gift as a token of appreciation to one of Parsley Box 's most loyal customers, under a promotion planned prior to the Company's recent IPO. finnCap and the Company have consented to the gift for the purposes of the lock-in and orderly market arrangements entered into at the time of the admission of the Company's Shares to trading on AIM.
Following the gift, the number of shares in the Company in which Kevin Dorren is interested is 5,523,081 Shares, representing 13.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
