The Company announces the results of voting at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today. All resolutions considered at the meeting were carried by a show of hands, and details of the proxies from shareholders in respect of each resolution are set out below.
Resolutions 1 to 14 were proposed as Ordinary Resolutions and resolutions 15 to 19 as Special Resolutions.
