McKAY COMPLETES ON £19M DISPOSAL OF READING OFFICE BUILDING
Further to its announcement on 2 February 2022, McKay Securities Plc confirms that it has now completed on the sale of the freehold interest of Great Brighams Mead, an office building in Reading town centre, to residential property developer King's Oak, at the previously announced sale price of £19.00 million.
