McKay Securities PLC12 January 2006 McKay Securities PLC ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 8,403 ordinary shares of 20p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 16 January 2006 and trading willcommence on 17 January 2006. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underthe 2001 Executive Share Share Option Scheme.
