Director/PDMR Shareholding
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(R).
On 16th June 2016, the following conditional awards over ordinary shares in the Company were made to certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the 10th Grant of the 2007 McKay Securities Performance Share Plan:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards, which are structured as nil-cost options and subject to performance conditions.
Following vesting, the awards will remain exercisable for a period of three years.
On 16th June 2016, the following awards over ordinary shares in the Company were made to certain PDMRs under the 2007 McKay Securities Performance Share Plan:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards, which are structured as nil-cost options.
