Forthcoming Directorate Change

McBride PLC, Europe's leading provider of Private Label Household and Personal Care products, announces a forthcoming Board change.

Richard Armitage, Group Finance Director, has advised the Board of his intention to leave the Company in due course to pursue an alternative career opportunity. The effective departure date and other particulars required to be disclosed will be announced as soon as the arrangements become known

Iain Napier, Chairman, commented:

"The Board would like to thank Richard for his excellent contribution to McBride over the last four years. We wish him well in his new role when he takes it up in due course, but in the meantime are pleased that he will remain part of the Executive team at least until the end of the financial year to allow an orderly handover."
