Notification and public disclosure of LTIP Awards to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

McBride plc confirms that an award was granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan (the Plan) to Chris Smith, Chief Executive Officer, and Henrik Aagaard, Chief Commercial Officer, as set out below. The awards were granted on 10 September 2020 and will vest at the end of a three-year period dependent upon the achievement of performance targets. The awards will not require any payment from the individuals.
This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation 596/2014).
