LTIP AWARDS
McBride plc has been notified that on 16TH October 2008 notional allocations were granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan ("the Plan") to the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company as set out below. These ordinary shares will vest at the end of a three year period depending on the achievement of performance targets set out in the Plan, but will not require any payment from the Directors or PDMRs.
