Listing Rule 9.6.14(R) Disclosure

McBride announces that Elizabeth McMeikan, Non-Executive Director of the Company, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks group, with effect from 1 February 2023. Following Nichols plc's AGM on 26 April 2023, Elizabeth will be appointed Chair of Nichols plc.

McBride has also been informed that Elizabeth will be retiring from Unite Group plc with effect from close of business on 28 February 2023 after 9 years of service with the Company.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
