("Mobile Tornado" or "the Company")

Exercise of options

Mobile Tornado announces that application has been made for 198,963 new ordinary shares of 2 pence to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to an exercise of options by certain employees.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and trading is expected to commence on 8 December 2008. 

Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 184,953,708 ordinary shares. Mobile Tornado Group plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Mobile Tornado Group plc is 184,953,708.

The above figure (184,953,708) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mobile Tornado Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
