Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that, as at 28 February 2019, Michelmersh's issued share capital comprises 92,042,756 ordinary shares of 20 pence each, none of which are held in treasury.

The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 92,042,756 ordinary shares, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
