Exercise of Options
Michelmersh (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that Mick Brophy, Associate Director of the Company, has today exercised nil cost options over 3,192 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's LTIP scheme. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari-passu with existing Ordinary Shares and have been admitted to trading pursuant to the Company's Block Admission as announced on 18 April 2019.
The Company has also been notified that, following the above exercise, Mick Brophy subsequently sold 16,787 Ordinary Shares for a price of 105.5 pence per ordinary share.
As at 29 October 2019, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 92,484,480 Ordinary Shares, of which none are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 92,484,480 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
