Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company announces it has been notified by Martin Warner, a director of the Company, that he has today sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 85.5 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Warner's beneficial interest is now 5,388,732 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
