Total Voting Rights
Following the Company's recent issue of 1,380,788 ordinary shares of $0.01 each ("Shares") the Company advises that the total number of Shares in issue as at the date of this notice is 279,340,879 Shares, with each Share carrying the right to one vote.
There are no Shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 279,340,879.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or any change to their interest, in the Company.

Petro Matad is the parent company of a group focussed on oil exploration, as well as future development and production in Mongolia. The Group holds the sole operatorship of three Production Sharing Contracts with the Government of Mongolia. Block XX has an area of 10,340km² in the far eastern part of the country. Blocks, IV and V are located in central Mongolia. Block IV covers approximately 29,000km² and Block V approximately 21,150km².
