Petro Matad Limited (AIM: MATD), the AIM-quoted Mongolian oil company, provides additional information regarding, the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company due to be held at 8.00 a.m. GMT (4.00 p.m. ULAT/SST) on 3 March 2022 at FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, London, EC1A 4HD, UK.

The AGM will be accessible via a live dial-in facility for shareholders, with a Q&A session with management at the end of the AGM.
