Roz Cuschieri, aged 39, has spent the past eight years at Warburtons Limitedrising to the position of Commercial Director where her responsibilities includethe management of national accounts and the development of Warburtons'commercial strategy. Prior to this, Roz spent a number of years at Scottish &Newcastle plc where she held a number of marketing roles.
