Marston's PLC (the "Company")
Notification of interests of persons discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company announces that on 11 December 2017 it granted an award in the form of a nil cost option over ordinary shares in the Company to the following PDMR in accordance with the Marston's 2013 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan").

The award is the portion of the bonus earned for the financial period ending 30 September 2017 that the individual has elected to receive in the form of an award under the Plan. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award.
Subject to the rules of the Plan, the award will vest on 12 December 2020.
