Limited, asTrustee of The Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries Employee Benefit Trust ("theEBT"), at an average price of 1256.03p per share, pursuant to the Company'sLong-Term Incentive Plan. As a result of the purchase, Ralph Findlay, DerekAndrew, Stephen Oliver, Paul Inglett and Alistair Darby, being directors of theCompany, have an interest in the said 39,737 ordinary shares in the Company aspotential beneficiaries of the EBT, This is the second purchase by the EBT.
