Marston's PLC (the "Company") today announces that Roger Devlin, Chairman of the Company, will join the Board of William Hill PLC as Chairman Designate on 1 February 2018 and, following an induction and handover, he will be appointed Chairman on 2 April 2018.

 

This notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R.
