As previously announced Octavia Morley will join the Board of Marston's PLC as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2020. She will assume the role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from the conclusion of the Company's AGM on 24th January 2020 when Catherine Glickman steps down.
