Carolyn Bradley, a Non-executive Director and Interim Chairman of Marston's PLC, will join the Board of B&M European Value Retail S.A. as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 November 2018. Carolyn will join the Audit & Risk Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company.
