Marston's PLC21 January 2008 21 January 2008 Marston's PLC Appointment of Non-Executive Director The Board of Marston's PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of NeilGoulden as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 March2008. Neil is Chief Executive of The Gala Coral Group which he joined in 2000 beforeassuming his current role in 2004. He was formerly Chief Executive of AlliedLeisure plc (1995 - 2000), prior to which he held senior positions at CompassGroup and Ladbrokes. Neil is currently Chairman of Business In Sport and Leisure, Chairman of theSouth Central NHS Ambulance Trust and a member of the Low Pay Commission. Thereis no other information which requires disclosure under the Listing Rules (LR9.6.13) concerning Neil's appointment.
