Marston's PLC10 October 2007 Marston's PLC _________________ Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for a total of 500,000 Ordinary shares of 7.375p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 12 October 2007 and tradingwill commence on 15 October 2007. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issuedpursuant to the following scheme: Scheme Shares 2002 Savings Related Share Option Scheme 500,000 When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinaryshares.
