Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Manx Telecom Plc (AIM: MANX), the leading communication solutions provider on the Isle of Man, confirms that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts (the "2013 Annual Report") for the year ended 31 December 2013.
The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 5.00pm on 30 June 2014 at Manx Telecom plc, Isle of Man Business Park, Cooil Road, Braddan, Isle of Man IM99 1HX.
The notice of AGM and 2013 Annual Report have been posted to shareholders and electronic copies of these documents are available on the Company's website (www.manxtelecom.com) via the Investors section of the site.
