Whitewash Circular
Maistro plc (AIM: MAIS) ("Maistro" or the "Company") announces that further to the announcement on 13 November 2018, the Company will today publish the Whitewash Circular convening a General Meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. on 29 January 2019 at the offices of Michelmores LLP, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3BF to approve the Whitewash Resolution.
The Whitewash Circular, which will be shortly posted to Shareholders, provides Shareholders with the details of the Subscription and why the Board considers the Subscription and the passing of the Whitewash Resolution to be in the best interests of the Company and Shareholders as a whole and recommends that Independent Shareholders vote in favour of the Whitewash Resolution to be proposed at the General Meeting.
