Result of AGM.
May 31st, 2019. Mail.Ru Group Limited (LSE: MAIL.LI, hereinafter referred as "the Company"), hereby announces that, following the Annual General Meeting of today's date, the following individuals have been appointed as the Elected Directors to the board of directors of the Company in accordance with clause 10.5 of the Company's Articles of Association:
