Hameldon Resources (AIM: HRE) (the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Nikul Sarin as Executive Director with immediate effect. The Board thanks Mr. Sarin for his efforts on behalf of the Company and wishes him well for the future. The Company has appointed Mr. Waseem Shiraz to the Board of Directors as Executive Director, with immediate effect.
Mr. Shiraz is Director of Crosby Capital, an investment holding company that has investments principally in the natural resources sector. Mr. Shiraz is a graduate of the University College London, with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics and has over 10 years experience in corporate finance and capital markets
Hameldon Resources Limited (formerly known as Upstream Marketing and Communications Inc) is a London Stock Exchange AIM listed company, trading under the ticker symbol HRE.
Following the disposal of Upstream Asia Limited and Camber Communications Limited, announced and ratified in October 2009, the Company is classified under the AIM Rules as an investing company. The Company's investment strategy is to acquire interests in natural resources, minerals, metals, and/or oil & gas projects such as (without limit) exploration permits and licenses, mining and production licenses or processing and development projects, which may be achieved through acquisitions, partnerships or joint venture arrangements.
