The following amendment has been made to the 'Director and PDMR dealing' announcement released at 3:35pm on 8 October 2018 under RNS No 3299D. The price of the Ordinary Shares purchased was 6.7p.
All other details remain unchanged.

Director and PDMR dealing - Replacement
The Company was today informed that James Lesser, Chief Operating Officer of MAFL, purchased 223,880 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.7p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Lesser's beneficial ownership is 223,880 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.64 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
